Wash & fold

Our core service is straightforward: you bring a bag, we return it sorted, clean, and folded to fit Danish apartment shelves. Pricing is by weight with a minimum charge for small loads. Fabric softener is optional and logged on your tag so we never assume preference.

Same-day turnaround applies to bags received before 10:00 on weekdays, subject to machine availability. Delicate-only loads may extend timing if flat-drying is required. We pre-treat visible stains at intake and note anything that will not lift so you are not surprised at pickup.

Wash-and-fold bags are weighed on arrival and tagged with a fabric note when you mention wool, linen, or delicate prints. We separate lights and darks unless you request a single mixed load for convenience. Turnaround aims for the next business day when capacity allows; weekend peaks may need an extra day which we confirm at drop-off.

Folding follows a consistent board so shirts, towels, and household linen stack evenly in your bag. Please tell us if you prefer hangers for certain pieces. Detergent choices stay mild by default; fragrance-free options are available on request without medical claims.
